Growth & Performance Executive

Drives end-to-end growth by planning, executing, and optimising performance marketing and content strategies across the customer lifecycle to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with each client’s brand identity

  • Ensure content quality, consistency, and engagement growth

  • Stay aware of trends and marketing developments to keep content current and relevant

  • Align content with paid campaigns and optimise for performance (CTR, conversions, engagement quality)

Client Management & Strategy

  • Manage day-to-day communication with assigned client accounts

  • Understand clients’ business goals and translate them into effective digital marketing strategies

  • Create content plans, calendars, and reports

Campaign & Performance

  • Collaborate with sales, design, and video teams to launch campaigns

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies across paid and organic channels

  • Support funnel execution from awareness to conversion (ads, landing pages, retargeting)

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on data insights

  • Prepare monthly reports with clear analysis and improvement plans

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field

  • Min 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing/performance marketing

  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Chinese

  • Experience managing multiple client accounts (agency experience preferred)

  • Familiarity with social media analytics and digital advertising tools

  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
